Rubix Recruitment are partnered with an award winning FinTech company who have doubled their head count in the past 12 months, along with winning multiple awards for their industry leading technology. They are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be joining an enthusiastic team, helping to drive the business forward.
The Business Development Executive help businesses explore this unique and game-changing platform, which is driving revenue for its clients by freeing up crucial cashflow. The product is market leading but my client needs positive people to ensure new clients hear about their software.
You will support the team by warming up leads, contacting customers-to-be to explain how the software can change their lives and working closely with the rest of the team to convert leads into loyal customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growth FinTech company where you can be part of the story.
Key Responsibilities of this FinTech Business Development Executive
· Pipeline generation and driving new business.
· Growing the customer base and opening conversations with new customers
· Analysing market database and identifying the best leads
· Working cross-functionally with all teams to help create the ultimate customer experience
· Keeping up to date with developments to your products and sharing customer feedback
· A proven track record of pipeline generation and sales success in a high transaction volume environment
· Proven FinTech Business Development Executive experience
· FinTech or SaaS experience
· Good phone manner
· Commercially minded and love working to targets
· A team player who brings a positive, can-do attitude and supports their colleagues
· Resilient and adaptable
· Energy and enthusiasm, motivating others in your team
· A strong interest in the property market
