Position – PropTech Sales Development Manager

This role is crucial in helping my client’s sales team in sourcing and acquiring new customers, enabling the aspirational growth plans of this hugely exciting company.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, my client is looking for a PropTech Sales Development Manager to lead, develop, and grow the Sales Development team. You’ll establish and own KPIs while consistently monitoring, tracking and upskilling the Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s), ensuring the overall targets and aims are exceeded.

 

Key responsibilities of the PropTech Sales Development Manager role.

·      Building, leading, training and growing a team of SDR’s

·      Assisting the SDR’s to develop and qualify opportunities, resulting in high-quality lead generation for the Account Executive team.

·      Support the growth of the customer base and revenue

·      Work closely with the Sales Managers to ensure lead quality, quantity, and proper follow-up, aligning SDR pipeline to the needs of New Business Team

·      Attract, hire, and retain high-performing SDRs by driving a high-performance culture within the team

·      Conduct regular 121’s and coaching sessions with SDRs

·      Provide detailed analysis and reporting on team’s performance as well as accurate forecasts to sales leadership based on individual SDR’s performance and historical trends

 

The successful candidate for this PropTech Sales Development Manager will have:

·      Experience working in a high-performance, high-accountability environment.

·      Experience using SalesForce CRM

·      Previous exposure to lead generation tools such as SalesForce, Hubspot, Salesloft, VidYard and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

·      3 to 4+ Years in Software Sales (SaaS)

·      2 + Years’ Experience in either a Sales Development Management or Account Executive positions

·      A demonstration of leadership experience

·      Proven track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor

 

Remuneration

A base of £70,000 with a £110,000+ OTE, equity options, 33 days holiday and unlimited unpaid holiday, company trips, personal and professional growth funds, work from home, pension, health insurance plus many more benefits.
