The Role – PropTech Head of Sales
As PropTech Head of Sales, you will be the first sales hire for this exciting PropTech start-up offering liquidity into residential property market. Our client provides an innovative end to end solution that supports landlords, enabling them to fully optimise their property investments, drawing down on annual rental income in one hassle free transfer.
Joining a highly experienced management team and backed by a leading investment company, you will be responsible for taking the product to market, starting from ground up and having a significant influence on the success and development of this aspirational PropTech.
Responsibilities
• Identifying and prospecting estate agents, landlords and the wider market to give market exposure to the product, leading to sales.
• Driving all pitches from the front, developing and presenting decks, proposals and finalising contracts
• Presenting at industry-specific events, confidentially demonstrating the benefit of the product
• Setting the sales and marketing strategy, along with targets and key objectives
• Opportunity to build a sales team once a successful sales pipeline is built
Requirements for the PropTech Head of Sales
• It is essential that you have a background in the property industry, ideally with experience in selling PropTech (SaaS) solutions or strong residential property experience with a good knowledge of the market
• Experience in building a sales pipeline, identifying prospects, making introductions and moving them through the sales funnel to successful conclusion
• Ideally experience in a team start-up either in PropTech (SaaS) or within residential property
• Degree educated or above would be desirable
As PropTech Head of Sales, you will be working full time from home and will have a UK wide coverage, travel with this position is highly likely in order to reach a wider market. In return you will receive a competitive salary and OTE plus you will also receive meaningful share options in the business.
