As Tenancy Manager you will need to provide exceptional customer service surrounding both tenants and landlords whilst overseeing a large number of non-managed tenancies (500-600 properties). You must ensure a seamless transition throughout all aspects of a Let-only tenancy. This includes pre-tenancy, on-going maintenance of lease/compliance and end of tenancy. You will also need to be effective at complaint or dispute handling.
Key Responsibilities involve:
New deal checking to ensure all online paperwork is accurate and complete.
Providing advice to tenants and landlords throughout all processes and procedures.
Provide contractual support and assistance to Lettings Managers.
Manage termination of tenancies in portfolios including notices, confirmation of any liabilities and liaise with relevant lettings team for remarking the property.
Oversee the release of tenant deposits and inventory reports.
Refer deposit disputes to Tenant Deposit Scheme (TDS)
As Tenancy Manager your goal is to show a high level of customer service skills and communication, with attention to detail and a patient and conscientious attitude. You must be able to work to tight deadlines with clear prioritisation.
