Business Development Consultant opportunity for an experienced candidate – £40,000 OTE

Our client, is looking for a dynamic and energetic Business Development Consultant with a proven track record to join their experienced team. This is a target-based role that suits a highly motivated individual. You will need a great knowledge of the London Residential Property market to be successful in this role.
The Business Development role:
Your role would be to proactively generate and foster growth for the company through pursuing new business leads, managing and monitoring existing client databases. You will also have to liaise and coordinate with key members of their network, from Sales Negotiator to Director level.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2 years Business Development experience
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management ability
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner
- Target driven and career-focused with a strong work ethic
- This is a Monday to Friday role – no weekends!
